Women grapple with many emotions and thoughts when diagnosed with breast cancer. One thing
that is often overlooked is what lies deep within the soul…the yearning to understand Why did this
happen to me? How will I get through? Where is God in all of this? Why did he allow this to happen
to me? Women may be reluctant to bring up questions of faith in breast cancer support groups
because they may feel these are questions you don’t bring up in public. So instead, they struggle
spiritually and feel very much alone. Many parishes don’t even offer the support that women seek.
Breast cancer support groups are not for everyone either. Hearing about other women’s physical
and emotional difficulties can become draining and depressing for some. So where is there to
turn?

Finding Faith Through Breast Cancer will offer women an opportunity to listen, and to find hope,
faith, comfort, peace and strength through trusting and surrendering to God. Award-winning faithbased
author, motivational speaker and breast cancer survivor, Kerriann Flanagan Brosky has been there and understands. Kerriann created this very special program as a way of giving back, and to
help women find the spiritual support she herself had sought during her breast cancer journey.
