Author Dinner, Private Dining Experience at The Chef’s Table, Locust Valley
February 16 @ 7:00 PM - 10:00 PM EST
In the second of three monthly author dinner events, you are invited to join award-winning author Kerriann Flanagan Brosky at The Chef’s Table in Locust Valley for an intimate dining experience in a private restaurant not open to the public. This is a very unique experience for only twenty-four guests. Not only will you have one-on-one time with Kerriann to discuss anything you’d like, you will also get to meet and talk with Chef Gary Lanza.
Chef Gary Lanza graduated from the prestigious Culinary Institute of America in 1989, and has over thirty years of experience in the restaurant business. As a child, Gary was no stranger to the kitchen, having grown up immersed in his family’s restaurant, La Vigna in Greenvale. It was here where Gary discovered his true calling to become a chef. Upon graduating from CIA, Gary worked with some of the finest chefs in the industry including a stint at the famous Le Bernardin in New York City. His roots with the family business were deeply set and he eventually returned to La Vigna. Not long after Gary open his own restaurant, Bin 23 Wine Bar, and then the popular Meridian in Locust Valley. Chef Gary’s most recent creation is The Chef’s Table in Locust Valley, which offers a unique private dining experience where Gary will create a custom made menu for family and friends. The private dining room can accommodate two to twenty-four guests. In addition, Chef Gary also provides intimate dinner parties in the homes of his patrons.
