The Brewster House in Setauket, also known as the Joseph Brewster House, was built circa 1665 and is the oldest house within the Town of Brookhaven. This salt-box style home was originally a one-room cottage that had been expanded five times throughout the 17^th, 18^th and 19^th centuries, and it has a wonderful connection to the Revolutionary War and the Culper Spy Ring. Join author and historian Kerriann Flanagan Brosky and medium/paranormal investigator Joe Giaquinto, as they discuss the fascinating history behind this house, and also share their ghostly discoveries while they were on investigation. A ghost box recording will be played. Joining them will be historian Margo Arceri who will discuss the Culper Spy Ring.
